easy day training with 24 kg kettelbell

one arm ketelbell jerk with no rest in sets 8 6 4 2 reps
junp squats 3 sets x 6 reps
pullups with 24 kg 3 sets x 4 reps
dips 24 kg 6 reps x 3 sets
workout abs complex 3 exercises in row  x 2 round
superhuman pushups  explosive  on pullup bar hips up  3 sets x 5 reps
