Fitness with squat jumps in end

one arm ketlebell jerk  24 kg  with rest 30 sec  no rest between arms 10 6 8 6
dips 24 kg 12 reps 8  8 8 reps
3 attmpts hold front level
75 reps jump squats for 5 minutes
3 sets abs exercises
some boxing with dumbells and litle bit stretching
