squat jumps in end workout

one arm ket jerk 24 kg 14 8 6 4 reps short time rest between sets
pull ups 3 x 7 reps 24 kg
dips 3 x 12 reps 24 kg
3 rounds of 3 exercises abs
3 x 7 reps explosve superman pushups from pull up bar
75 or 85 jump squats for 5 minutes
