pull ups with 35 kg and else some exercises

one arm assisted one arm round movements with kettlebell for juggling  5 reps 6 reps 3 reps each arm
pull ups with 35 kg 4 reps 3 reps and 2 reps while rest same much reps and sets explosive hight pullups
jump squats 18 reps 12 and 8 with kettle 24 kg
lunges squats 24 kg with overhead kettelbell 8 reps each arm
2 sets front bridge neck exercise and 2 sets back bridge
some stretching exxercises while rest between sets
