Some juggling again

Power juggling 24 kg and learn some movements
2 pushup +acceleration runnning
2 attempts human flag
first attempts and some sets with some reps superman dips
tactickal lunges overhead each side 12 reps for each arm
squatjumps 16 12 10
in end workout 70 pushups in 5 minutes
