chinups 2 half reps with same 50 kg weight
between half reps with heavey weights(for me)
3 sets super hight waist level pullups 5 reps 4 reps and 4 reps
2 x10 front level leg raises
dips with 48 plus kg 5 reps 4 reps 3 reps
12 dips with 24 kg
end workout 50 jump squats in short time
