pullups 2 sets  x2 half reps with about 50 kg pllus 2 sets super hight pullups to waist level 6 reps and 3 reps also 3 negative pullups betwwen sets with weight 40 kilograms
3 sets dips with about 50 kg 6 reps 5 reps 5 reps
2 set chest double kettlbell squats witx 24 x2  8 reps and 6 reps
70 dips bodyweight for 5 minutes
litle bit stretching and shadow boxing with weights and 2 sets abs workout
