Pullups with 35 kg

some kettlebell juglling
workout hard round movement 3 sets x 6 reps
pull ups plus 35 kg  4.5 reps 3.5 reps 1 rep and 2 x0.5 reps 
some attempts muscule ups plus 10 kg 
pushups at pullup bar plus 10 kg  3 sets x 12 reps
3 sets x 3 reps diferent front lever exercises
3 sets x 2 reps ttemts hold human flag for each side
85 dips for 5 minutes
