Light workout with kettlebells
8 reps snatch each arm,
for rest some free boxing on heavy boxing bag and workout neck with using from wrestling bridge
6 reps double kettlebell jerk
rest is free boxing on boxing bag and back wrestling bridge
8 reps double kettlebell jerk
rest is front and back wrestling gym and some boxing on bag
6 reps double kettlebell jerk one minute rest and 7 reps each arm snatch
