double kettlebell jerk and snatch day 7 with 2 x 24 kg(53 lbs)

16 reps snatch for each arm , rest between arms 1 minute
free boxing on the heavy  bag,front and back wrestling bridge workout neck
10 reps double kettlebell jerk 30 seconds rest and plus 3 double kettlebell jerk
free boxing on the heavy  bag,front and back wrestling bridge workout neck
8 reps double kettlebell jerk 30 secounds rest plus 4 double kettlebell jerk reps
20 sit ups and some workout on a boxing bag
7 reps double kettlebell jerk ,one minute rest,snatch 8 reps each arm

it was heavy periodization workout day
