Dips 20 reps 4 sets rest 30 seconds between sets
Super hight pullups 4 reps 3 min rest 4.5 reps 3 min rest , 5 reps  3min rest 4 reps 30 sec rest 2 reps
2 sets  20 reps jumping squats with rest 3 min
