Swimming speed workout day 8 and note about winter swimming

from middle February to end February was  winter swimming 2 times 1 day in big ice hole for 1 minute and 1 time 50 meters in special winter swimming club and else one day in minus 20 was taken sunbaths for 5 minutes

Sauna 10 minutes
 50 meters 5 sets with rest 1 -2 minutes    1.09

Some swimming and sauna training diary

Sauna 15 minute
20-minute free swimming with underwater swimming
10-minute freestyle swimming 350 meters
pass-through exercise  in the sauna for shoulders mobility 10 minute

Some pushups with use 2 kettlebell friend assisted

My friend was put 2 kettlebells weight 24 kg (53 lbs each) for pushups

set 1 48 kg (103 lbs) 5 reps

set 2  48 kg (103 lbs) 5 reps

set 3  48 kg (103 lbs) 5 reps

set 4  48 kg (103 lbs) 2 reps

set 5  48 kg (103 lbs) 3 reps but last rep with cheating i was used power of one pushing side more and make my body not in line

set 6 24 kg kettlbell plus 5 kg plate 6 reps

set 7 24 kg kettlbell plus 5 kg plate 6 reps

set 8 24 kg kettlebell   9 reps






Swimming pool and winter swimming day

Winter swimming temperature air - 10  water temperature  don't know but while i was workout 20 minutes with a shovel  for clean ice hole new ice was cover water again about 3 millimeters thickness  many times
Swimming in big ice hole  size 2 meters x 4 meters time in water for full body about minute 40 sec
swimming back and front

Winter swimming january and firs part febrary

Was swimming 5 times in January and 3 times in February.
2 times in January was something like mixed open water with ice i was swimming for 30- 50 seconds
another visit was ice hole i was used periodization 1 time just enter and exit another day 1.10 seconds.Again just enter and exit and 1 minute 30 seconds and again just enter and exit

16 reps snatch for each arm , rest between arms 1 minute
free boxing on the heavy  bag,front and back wrestling bridge workout neck
10 reps double kettlebell jerk 30 seconds rest and plus 3 double kettlebell jerk
free boxing on the heavy  bag,front and back wrestling bridge workout neck
8 reps double kettlebell jerk 30 secounds rest plus 4 double kettlebell jerk reps
20 sit ups and some workout on a boxing bag
7 reps double kettlebell jerk ,one minute rest,snatch 8 reps each arm
