Correction mistake one arm push ups and some one arm pull ups
3 sets one arm static holds plus negative pull-up for each arm and rest between the single sets 1 minute
5 minutes rest
3 reps one arm push ups quality (85 %) left arm and 75% percent quality for right arm last rep was for right arm was not strict form for backbones and for the left arm was feel not comfortable in the lower back, between arms 2 minutes rest
3 minutes rest
3 reps one arm pushups same as the first set but form was close to getting broken on the first rep of right arm
10 minutes rest
4 reps one arm push-ups with no rest between arms same situation as with a first and second set but form more bad on 10 %
