santch and double kettlebell jerk workout day 4

Workout with 2 x 24kg(53 lbs)
snatch 14 reps each arm without rest
20 minute rest
 7  reps double kettlebell jerk
7 minute rest
6 reps double kettlebell jerk
6 minute rest
double kettlebell jerk 11 reps after 1 minute rest and 7 reps snatch each arm
