snatch and double kettlebell jerk beginner workout day 2

 snatch left and right arm 12 reps each rest between arms 1 minute
10 minutes rest
double kettlebell jerk 9 reps
10 minutes rest
 8 reps double kettlebell jerk
13-minute rest
 double kettlebell jerk 8 reps 1-minute rest left arm snatch left arm 10 reps 1 minute  rest right arm snatch 10 reps
