Kettlebell 24 kg(53 lbs)
 I add some reps for double kettlebell jerk sets with 30 secounds rest
12 snatches each arm
10minute rest
  8 double kettlebell jerk 8 reps after 30 secound rest and 2 reps
10 minute rest
 7 reps double kettlebell jerk  30 secound rest and 3 reps
10 minute rest
snatch 8 reps each arm 30 secounds rest double kettlebell jerk 4 reps

10 minutes sauna
125 meters freestyle stroke
5 x 25 meters  fast spurts with rest between sets 2 minutes
10 minutes free swimming
10 minutes sauna plus exercise pass-thought for shoulders (low intensive today)

1 km swimming goal reached

Swimming freestyle stroke only.
Preveious visit swimming pool goal 500 meters freestyle stroke without pauses reached
After winter holidays I was gone to swimming pool for check may be possible swim 1 km without rest I was felt like it possible
Before the beginning swim, i was visited sauna for 10 minutes
Was used swimming pool 25 meters and swimming pool ticket for 30 minutes and for swim 1 km need swim 40 swimming pools.
First 6 swimming pools I was swimming with speed about 65 % of maximal and after I was going slower.
After 25 swimming pools, I was feeling some pain under ribs on left side in the spleen that's because I was not doing long time cardio this year.  Some years back was have same feelings if running after long breaks like months .At pool number  31-32 pain is gone.
After pool number 34 I was looked at watches and understand about need swim faster if I want to reach 1 km goal for a half hour and last `150 meters I swam about 70 % of maximal speed.

Correction mistake one arm push ups and some one arm pull ups


3  sets  one arm static holds plus  negative pull-up for each arm and rest between the single sets 1 minute
 5 minutes rest
 3 reps one arm push ups quality (85 %) left arm and 75% percent quality for right arm last rep was  for right arm was not strict form for backbones and for the left arm was feel not comfortable in the lower back, between arms 2 minutes rest
3 minutes rest
 3 reps one arm pushups same as the first set but  form was close to getting broken on the first rep of right arm
10 minutes rest
4 reps one arm push-ups with no rest between arms same situation as with a first and second set but form more bad on 10 %
