32 kg kettlebell 6 jerk each arm
6 reps each arm part jerk heavy kettebell 42 kg
16 kg kettlebell  ound sun movements 2 sets x 8 reps
one arm pusup with resistence band 8 reps
dips 50 kg 4 reps and 3 reps and 2
4 sets situps crunches mix wit barbell 15 kg
workout neck 24 kg with specia;  chain hat 12 reps x 2 sets
rest between sets ,stretching,2 kg dumbelss shadow boxing
